Plots the default coordinate axis. Also draws the title when it is specified.

(a)

The position to plot the coordinate axis is specified by the internal variables CXSIDE/CYSIDE of USCSET. The initial values are 'BT' and 'LR'.

(b)

The title is drawn in the position specified by the first character in CXSIDE/CYSIDE.

(c)

The title and unit are specified using USSTTL or USCSET.
