Widget for the input method.

MultiText Widget is able to input the multibyte text which is encoded
in the current locale by using an Input Method of X11R5.

When creating a MultiText widget instance, it attempts to open
Input Mehtod(IM) and create Input Context(IC). the MultiText widget
refers to two resources of VendorExtShell widget. One is XtNinputMethod,
other is XtNpreeditType.

The list is in priority order: the first element will be used if
