Places the specified margins in all frames on each level.

xl, xr, yb, yt

(R)

The left-hand, right-hand, bottom, and top margins, respectively. The left- and right-hand margins are specified in ratio to the horizontal width (of 1), and the bottom and top margins are specified in ratios to the vertical width (of 1).

Must be:  0>=xl, xr, yb, yt<=1 and xl+xr<1, yb+yt<1.
