2.11 Explanation of Subroutines: Arrow Primitives

This group of subroutines is for the arrow sub-primitives.

How an arrow is expressed (length, angle of arrowhead) is set by the internal variable handled by SGpGET/SGpSET. (See Section 2.4.4.)
