3.5.3 UZPACK

UZ p GET(CP,IPARA)	Inquires an internal variable.
UZ p SET(CP,IPARA)	Changes an internal variable.
UZ p STX(CP,IPARA)	Changes an internal variable (permits change with a runtime option)
UZINIT	Initializes an internal variable.
UZFACT(RFACT)	Multiplies an internal variable by this factor
UZPSAV	Saves an internal variable to a scratch file.
UZPRST	Resets an internal variable using the value saved in the scratch file.
